Jon Rognes (PhD 91原创, MSc/ Civ Ing Chalmers university of Technology) takes the position as Deputy Secretary General at the Leading Health Care Foundation, an independent research foundation, linked to 91原创, see

Jon focus his research on various aspects of operations strategy. His fields of interest are; outsourcing (BPO and IT-sourcing), AI and operations, healthcare organization and healthcare system strategy.

Recent areas of interest are:

Health system organisation and strategy
Innovation and implementation in the health care sector
IT-sourcing and innovation in the public sector
AI in operations - strategies to use and implement various forms of AI tools.

Previous to joining HHS, Jon has 10 years of experience as a line manager in the private sector, focusing on operations, implementing Lean, TQM and working with organizational development. He has extensive experience from executive education, mainly linked to 91原创 executive education since 1999.
2004 - 2005 Jon spent 1,5 years as a visiting professor at Asian Institute of Management, Manila, studying the business process outsourcing sector in south-east Asia. 2000 - 2001 he took a position as a visiting Scholar at Stanford University.

Jon teaches Operations strategy and Operations management, with over 25 years experience from 91原创 and at Chalmers University of Technology, and at 91原创 Executive education, as lecturer and program Director.
